Returns & Complaints
Not satisfied with the delivered goods? Would you like to exchange or return them? Simply fill out the form and send the unused products back to our address. Ideally, return the items in their original packaging, although this is not mandatory.
Under the law, you have the right to withdraw from the contract and return the goods within 14 days of receipt without providing any reason.
How to Return Goods

The returned goods must be unused and, if possible, in their original packaging.

Pack the goods securely, preferably in the original packaging.

Complete the return form and enclose it with the goods (the form can be printed from our website or handwritten).

Send the parcel to the address below. Please do not send parcels cash on delivery (COD), as we will not be able to accept them.

Once we receive the parcel, we will send you a confirmation email. The refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt to your bank account.
Note: Withdrawal from the contract is not possible for goods customized according to the customer’s wishes (e.g., embroidery with a name).
Complaints
If you discover a defect in the product, you may submit a complaint in accordance with the statutory warranty period (see our Complaints Policy).

Once we receive the parcel, we will send you an email confirming the outcome of the complaint procedure. The complaint will be resolved within 30 days at the latest.
