The purpose of processing expresses the reason why we process your personal data. We process your personal data exclusively for specific purposes, namely:

Where no statutory retention period applies, personal data are retained for three (3) years from the fulfilment of the processing purpose.

Right of Access

You have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether we process your personal data and to access information regarding processing purposes, categories of data, recipients, retention periods and your rights.

Right to Withdraw Consent

Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time by contacting us via email or by post at our registered office.

Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

Right to Object

You may object to the processing of your personal data. If the objection is justified, we will cease processing without undue delay.

Right to Rectification

You have the right to have inaccurate personal data corrected and incomplete data completed.

Right to Erasure (“Right to be Forgotten”)

You have the right to request erasure if:

The purpose of processing no longer exists;
Consent has been withdrawn and no other legal basis applies;
You have objected and there are no overriding legitimate grounds;
Processing is unlawful;
Erasure is required by law;

I hereby withdraw my consent to the processing of my personal data granted to Simplinhome s.r.o., registered office Bělehradská 858/23, Vinohrady, 120 00 Prague 2, Company ID No. 285 99 349 (hereinafter the “Company”), for the purpose of [e.g. communication and marketing communication].

I acknowledge that withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to its withdrawal and does not affect processing based on other legal grounds.
